Systems Built
I design and build digital systems for founder-led businesses that have outgrown patchwork websites, disconnected tools, and manual workarounds. The work varies — Shopify workflows, intake systems, AI-assisted operations, 3D interfaces, automation pipelines, custom tooling. The pattern is consistent.
Every system shown here started with a real operational problem — a place where money, time, clarity, or momentum was leaking. The work was finding it, then building the infrastructure to fix it.
Corporate Gifting Infrastructure for Shopify
Most Shopify stores are not built for serious corporate gifting. The moment a business customer wants to send gifts to 25, 100, or 500 recipients, the process falls apart — spreadsheets, manual emails, address cleanup, approval chaos, fulfillment confusion. This standalone app turns that messy process into a structured, Shopify-connected workflow.
The Problem
Corporate gift orders are too valuable to lose to operational mess. Businesses need a way to collect recipient data, validate it, review batches, and turn approved lists into Shopify-ready orders — without rebuilding the whole store around one workflow.
What Was Built
- Bulk recipient intake via CSV upload, paste input, and structured form
- Header normalization so inconsistent spreadsheet formats clean before processing
- Recipient validation and deduplication logic
- Admin dashboard for batch review, approval, and recipient management
- Shopify Draft Order creation via Admin API
- Firebase Auth + Firestore data architecture
- Cloud Functions for secure server-side processing
- Embeddable React widget for Shopify storefronts
- Modular architecture — installable, white-labelable, extendable per operator
Why It Matters
This is not “a form.” It is an operational bridge between B2B demand and Shopify fulfillment. Instead of forcing staff to manually turn messy corporate requests into clean orders, the system creates a repeatable intake-to-approval-to-order pipeline.
Fewer manual errors. Faster processing. Cleaner customer experience. A path toward turning corporate gifting into a real revenue channel instead of an operational headache.
If this solves a problem you have, let’s talk.
Selected Systems
I don’t just build the requested thing. I find the system behind it.
A broken website is often not just a website problem. A weak checkout may be a product data problem. A messy lead flow may be a qualification problem. A slow store may be an architecture problem. A confusing offer may be a positioning problem. A manual workflow may be a missing infrastructure problem.
The work is finding the real constraint — then building the cleanest system around it.
Problems I’m best at
- Shopify systems that have outgrown their original setup
- Founder-led businesses relying too heavily on manual work
- High-value offers with messy intake, quoting, onboarding, or fulfillment
- Businesses using too many tools that don’t communicate clearly
- Stores with product, subscription, checkout, or backend structure issues
- Teams that need AI, automation, or dashboards connected to real workflows
- Brands that need a differentiated digital experience without sacrificing stability
What the work has in common
- Clarify the business problem
- Map the current system
- Identify where time, money, and momentum are leaking
- Remove unnecessary complexity
- Build the missing structure
- Connect the tools that need to work together
- Leave a system that can be used, improved, and scaled
