What does a typical engagement look like?
Most engagements start with a System Audit — a focused diagnostic that maps your current setup and identifies the highest-impact improvements. From there, we decide together what's worth building. Some clients move into a Strategic Buildout, others start with targeted fixes.
How much does it cost?
The System Audit is a fixed-fee engagement. Strategic Buildouts are scoped and priced based on findings from the audit. Ongoing partnerships are monthly retainers. I'll always give you a clear number before any work begins.
Do you only work with Shopify?
No. Shopify is one of several platforms I work with. I also build on WordPress, custom PHP, Node.js, React, and headless architectures. The platform choice follows the business need — not the other way around.
How long do projects take?
A System Audit typically takes 1–2 weeks. Buildouts vary — a focused project might take 4–6 weeks, a larger system rebuild 2–3 months. I'll give you a realistic timeline up front.
Can I just hire you for one specific thing?
Sometimes. If you have a well-defined, contained task — I'm open to discussing it. But most of my best work comes from understanding the full context first, which is why the audit exists.
